Start with a ready-made setup for the document you have and the result you need. Each workflow explains source preparation, recognition settings, human review, and the safest useful export.
A preset saves configuration time, but it does not replace source inspection or result review.
1
A source-specific starting point
The selected tool, recognition language, cleanup, and layout mode are matched to the task instead of presented as unexplained controls.
2
A review plan
Each page identifies the characters, fields, relationships, and document features that deserve comparison with the original.
3
An output decision
The workflow explains what each available export preserves and what it cannot preserve, so the file fits the next task.
The preset configures OCR without uploading a document
Opening a workflow displays its recommended settings. Selecting “Use this workflow” carries those settings into the matching OCR tool. No document, extracted text, or personal information is stored in the preset itself.
What still needs human judgment
Whether the source is safe and lawful to upload
Whether the image contains enough detail for recognition
Whether names, numbers, formulas, and fields match the source
Whether the chosen export preserves what the next task requires
